New Addon Domain

I purchased a new domain name through hostdime of course. I have gardenoflearning.org as my main domain name. I have the max package, not a reseller package. I set up a subdomain called americanmerchandiseassociation and the new domain name was americanmerchandiseassociation.com. I purchased this on the 19th and changed the dns to my gardenoflearning but it still isnt working, what am I doing wrong and how can I get this to work properly?

Hi Teeny,

Did you setup the addon domain in cpanel? :blink:


Cpanel > under : domains > click on, Manage Addon Domains
there you find this : :D , >not the smiley he<

Addon Domain Maintenance

Addon Domains are domain names that point to subdirectories within your account.


Current Addon Domains
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New Addon Domain: americanmerchandiseassociation.com
Username/directory name: americanmerchandiseassociation
Password: yourpassword


Addon Domains will not be functional unless the domain name is registered with a valid registrar and configured to point to our DNS servers.
