Does HostDime actually own the datacenter in India or do they colocate in someone else's data center?

Also one quick note. There is a typo in the first sentence on the HostDime India page located at http://www.hostdime.in/facilities/datacenterindia/

HostDime India utilizes a state of the are DC.

I believe "are" should be "art".
